		One of ECHO's most innovative rehabilitative programs is the Traffic Police Assistant Program. This program aims at metamorphosing juvenile delinquents into responsible members of society. Earlier law breakers now become law enforcers. ECHO is extremely proud that the Traffic Police Assistants attended Republic Day's Parade 2006 (see photo). Read more...
